氧化铝陶瓷纤维载体绵研发和产业化项目是吉林晟航科技发展有限公司为打破国外对中国原材料的高度垄断,彻底解决“卡脖子”问题而开展的专项课题研究。触媒红外技术是该项目的关键性技术,主要是利用有机物选择性吸收红外辐射的特点,通过催化棉辐射红外光到被加热工件上引发分子共振,从而达到工件快速升温的目的,并具有加热速度快、穿透性好、加热均匀、能源利用率高、污染物零排放等特点。
目前,企业已实现自主创新技术突破,且研发的产品已超过进口产品品质。项目的实施,将激发通化医药高新区新材料相关领域创新动力,为全区经济高质量发展蓄积新动能、打造新优势。
